Precision Substrate Preparation: Executed high-pressure cleaning and structural prep to ensure optimal bonding on the decades-old concrete surface.

Carbon Fiber Structural Wrapping: Applied TCI CarbonStrong 850 structural carbon fiber wrap from the inside out, effectively creating a "pipe within a pipe" to restore full load-bearing strength.

Advanced Corrosion Barrier Application: Sprayed the final TCI ShieldStrong 955-G protective liner and ProTecStrong epoxies to seal the inner structure permanently against biogenic corrosion.

Confined Space & Flow Management Execution: Safely navigated high-risk, deep-tunnel confined spaces while maintaining strict coordination with regional flow-diversion schedules.

Enabling a $350M Network Master Plan: Our internal rehabilitation allowed Peel Region to safely interface this line with the new East-to-West Regional Sewer Diversion, creating a fully balanced network between the Clarkson and G.E. Booth treatment facilities.

Zero-Disruption Infrastructure Upgrades: By utilizing advanced trenchless CPL techniques, Tarpon eliminated the need for massive open-cut excavation, saving millions in detour costs and protecting local Mississauga traffic and environment.
