The West Trunk Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation is one of the largest and most complex trenchless engineering undertakings in North American history. Serving Peel Region’s rapidly growing population, this critical wastewater lifeline required a complete structural restoration to combat severe biogenic hydrogen-sulfide gas corrosion. As the specialty rehabilitation contractor, Tarpon Contracting successfully executed the internal structural wrapping of this massive asset, restoring its structural integrity and extending its operational lifespan by decades without surface disruption.

Chelsea Hotel — Toronto, ON
As part of a major $10 million renovation, extensive upgrades were completed throughout Toronto's iconic Chelsea Hotel to modernize key guest and public spaces while maintaining uninterrupted operations. The multi-year modernization program reimagined the main lobby, guest rooms, event spaces, dining venues, and public amenities to create a contemporary hospitality experience. Tarpon's work combined extensive interior demolition, infrastructure upgrades, custom millwork, and integrated guest technologies to help bring the hotel's renewed vision to life.
The HIVE (Family Recreation)
A modern family retreat that blends educational design with play. It’s a place where kids explore, parents relax, and families reconnect without ever leaving the hotel.
